Awake, Refresh, Revive

But not without a large cappuccino first! Wow, I really have neglected the garden these last few months. Although I have been busy with my plans. Completed the coaching course in December which was a real light bulb moment. I know I can do this - it's the work I was born to do (you were so right Nick Williams!). So, having spent the last few months looking for a suitable diploma course I am about to start my studies this month. Plans for my 'therapy' room are progressing and I really hope it will be ready by the end of summer, dependent on planning permission of course! Our little stress busting sessions at work are good and giving me a chance to practice my reiki. Each week we try something different, meditation, tai chi, face massage, and the word is spreading which is good. I have identified several courses which I plan to fit in when time and money permit: Art Therapy, Feng Shui, Colour Therapy and my Stage II Reiki (Practitioner Level). Of course I'll also be busy working in my garden creating my little oasis of calm. Life is good. I feel that. I know that. Angel blessings.
