Getting some really good feedback on the course assignments I've completed so far. I'm glad I kept an open mind about Paul McKenna's book because some of it really worked. The software for the mind CD is particularly useful in 're-programming' the mind to think more positively. I have found this working since I started using it - I'm automatically changing or adjusting any negative thoughts to more positive and optimistic ones. Still having difficulty creating an image of myself as fabulously wealthy. You would think that would be easy but obviously I have very limiting beliefs about money and poverty that I need to deal with first!
Alyssa kindly sent me a link to the Meditainment site where I've downloaded their free meditation called 'Secret Garden' (how appropriate!). Haven't listened to this yet and I'm building quite a collection of meditations on my mp3 player, which incidentally is a Creative Zen. Think I might have that on a sign above the door of my summer house. It pretty much sums up the intention and mood of my planned garden therapy room/studio.
