Well, I'm still on the right track and seem to be jogging along at a nice steady pace (so glad I'm no longer sitting in the middle of road dodging everyone else flying past with a purpose and destination). Monday saw me submitting the first assignment in my Style Coaching course so fingers crossed I've managed to capture all the relevant points. After 7 days of working through Paul McKenna's book I've gone back and started to work through all the exercises again. I'm sure a lot of people will read it and completely change their lives in a week - I just need that little bit longer, OK Paul? Probably because I need to write 1000 words on it as my next assignment. Yikes!!! Great book though with some really sound points.

Hi Jennifer,

I have been browsing blogs today.
I am following a search for others bloggers who put down The Power of Now as an interest.

Your blog came up, so I am stopping in to say "Hi and nice to Meet you!"

I have heard of Paul's work before but I have not sat down and actually listened to him.
How do you like it?

I really enjoy Eckhart Tolle's style. I have several dvd's of his lectures and find myself laughing alot then listening to him. Thats a good sign.

If you would like to visit me on my Blog you are more than welcome!

From one kindred spirit to another,
J.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

I really enjoyed reading the Power of Now (have read it several times now and never tire of it) and have looked at his website.

I'm enjoying Paul McKenna's relaxation CD and it really has made a difference. I certainly don't think as negatively about things now.

Off to pay a visit to your blog.

Regards

Jennifer
