Letting Go

Something I'm still learning but my meditation session today really helped me with letting go of all my frustration this morning. I am a peaceful soul and repeating these words to myself whenever I feel upset or angry at someone or something does release any negative thoughts.

Have found a few meditation tapes which I want to buy through the BSY website. One is called 'The Enchanted Forest' and has relaxation techniques taking you on a journey through a magical forest where colours are used relating to the chakras. The other is called the 'The Enchanted Garden' where a magical harp leads you through a garden of contemporary and traditional melodies.

Started writing my thoughts in a journal again. Produced a very rough draft of a poem because I need an outlet for some emotions I was feeling over my wedding day. Not sure I feel confident enough to place it here but it was good to get words down on paper.
